  13.             How to run THUMBSCD, a great Windows GIF viewer:

  16. 1. Have the Hard Core Gifs CD ROM in your CD ROM drive.
  17.  
  18. 2. Start Window 3.1 or better.
  19.  
  20. 3. While in the Program Manager window, Click on the File command
  21.  
  22. 4. Click on the RUN... Command.
  23.  
  24. 5. In the Command Line Box enter: G:\THUMBSCD.EXE G:\THUMBS.TUD and then 
  25.    hit the enter key.
  26.  
  27.        (NOTE: G:\ represents the drive letter of your CD ROM DRIVE, There is    
  28.                   a space in between G:\THUMBSCD.EXE and G:\THUMBS.TUD).

  34.                         You now have started ThumbsCD.

  37.    To use ThumbsCD:

  40. 1B. Click with your mouse on any of the green colored subdirectories
  41.     Try the CUM subdirectory.

  43. 2B. Thumbnail pictures appear on the right side of the screen
  44.  
  45. 3B. Double click on any picture to view it in full.  
  46.     Also you can click on the picture and then click on the Eye Ball Icon 
  47.     on the upper left to view the picture.

  55.                          **** IMPORTANT MESSAGE ****

  57. All images are 1024 x 768.  Be sure that you have the correct Windows           
  58. drivers installed for your video card (See your video card and Windows          
  59. instructions).  This will insure that you see the images at the proper
  60. excellent quality and that the images will fill your screen properly!

  64.      For Improved Performance (OPTIONAL):

  66. Copy the following files to your hard drive in a subdirectory ( ex: HCG):
  67. THUMBSCD.EXE, THUMBSCD.HLP, THUMBS.TUB, THUMBS.TUX, and THUMBSCD.REG.

  69. These files MUST all be on the same subdirectory in your hard drive.   Now
  70. enter in the run command box (see step 5 above) the following command:

  72.                 C:\HCG\THUMBSCD.EXE C:\HCG\THUMBS.TUD
  73.  
  74.      (NOTE: C:\ represents the drive letter of your HARD DRIVE, There is    
  75.             a space in between C:\HCG\THUMBSCD.EXE and C:\HCG\THUMBS.TUD).

  78. THUMBSCD allows you to choose images by browsing thumbnail images of all
  79. photos on the disc.  Click to tag an image for a slide show, or double-click
  80. to view immediately.  If you would like to use this image viewer for your own
  81. stuff on your hard drive, please check out the shareware version Thumbpls.EXE
  82. included in the Util directory of Hard Core GIFS.

  90. Electronic Toy Store BBS prefers to view GIFs in DOS using the shareware
  91. GIF viewer VPIC.  VPIC61.ZIP is available in our Util Directory.  Read the
  92. VIEWGIFS.TXT to learn how to use VPIC.

  95. Please register VPIC with it's author if you plan to use for more than a trial 
  96. time period.

  111. PSPRO101.ZIP  -  Compressed.  Windows  program which  allows the modification   
  112.                  of pictures saved with popular graphic formats.

  114. THUMBPLS.EXE  -  Self extracting file.  Windows  program  which  allows the     
  115.                  creation and viewing of thumbnail pictures which in turn can   
  116.                  be converted and used as Windows wall paper.

  118. TLX320.ZIP     - Compressed. MS-DOS based  Communication  Program, feels like   
  119.                  Procomm Plus.

  121. VPIC61         - Compressed. MS-DOS based graphic picture viewer.
